We brought this campaign to life through multi-channel activations. At Women in Data Science (WiDS), AIM created a vibrant on-ground presence where over 120+ practitioners engaged directly with Intuit’s leaders and mentors. At the Data Engineering Summit and MLDS, Intuit became a central voice with keynotes, stalls, and panels designed to spark meaningful conversations. Complementing this, a series of branded content pieces showcased Intuit’s thought leadership, diversity initiatives, and “behind the scenes” culture, creating memorable narratives that built long-term recall.

The results spoke for themselves. The campaign reached over 1.5 million data science professionals digitally, with in-person touchpoints exceeding 3,000 practitioners across events. Intuit emerged as a flagbearer of inclusivity through its WiDS association, while the storytelling formats—ranging from employee features to editorial deep dives—cemented its reputation as an innovative, people-first employer.
